Overview

Streamline Technologies, Inc. is a software development firm located in the Orlando area of Central Florida specializing in water resources engineering applications. Our philosophy and reputation are built on providing innovative software solutions such as the widely used hydrodynamic stormwater model, StormWise (formerly ICPR®). Our stormwater and flood forecasting software solutions include complex mathematical models that simulate the rainfall-runoff process, drainage systems, flooding and flood forecasting, groundwater flow, and green stormwater infrastructure. Our customer base and target segments include federal, state, and local government entities, as well as utility, engineering, insurance, and consulting firms. Streamline is part of the WGI family of companies, giving employees the stability and resources of a larger organization alongside an entrepreneurial, fast-moving culture.

We are seeking a Director of Business Development with established experience and relationships in water resources, stormwater, flood forecasting, utility, municipal, or engineering consulting, and insurance markets. Reporting to the Director of Business Operations, this person will be responsible for opening doors, building a qualified pipeline, owning the full sales cycle, and converting opportunities into revenue across both StormWise and FloodWise. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for a proven business developer who can generate traction quickly, while laying the foundation for a future sales organization as the business scales.
